1.1. Non-Refundable Orders

General Rule: All processed orders for subscriptions, services, or any features of OfficeIQ are non-refundable. Once an order has been processed, no refunds will be issued, except under the conditions specified in this Policy.

1.2. Refunds for Overpayments

Extra Payments: If you have been charged more than the amount due or have made an extra payment due to an error, you are eligible for a refund. Such requests must be made within 3 days from the date of the transaction.

Double Payments: If you have made a double payment due to a technical issue or system error, you will be eligible for a refund of the duplicate amount. To request a refund for a double payment, please provide proof of the duplicate transaction to our support team.

Procedure: To request a refund for an overpayment or double payment, please contact our support team at support@webuters.com with your transaction details, including date, amount, and any relevant documentation. Our team will review your request and respond within 7-10 business days.

Immediate Effect: Cancellations are effective from the start of the next billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to OfficeIQ until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied beyond the current cycle.

Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, you must follow the cancellation procedure outlined in your OfficeIQ account settings. Alternatively, if you are unable to cancel it through settings, you may contact our support team at support@webuters.com to initiate the cancellation process.

2.3. Cancellation by Us

Reasons for Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at our discretion if you violate our Privacy Policy, Responsible AI Policy, or Terms and Conditions or engage in activities that we deem harmful to the Service or other users. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of your subscription.
